Magnum maintains momentum
Date published: 11 October 2010
The success of Magnum Trade Park continues, as Beva announce that Edmundson Electrical Ltd have taken the entrance plot on the site.
The 3,600 sq ft unit will provide a new Rochdale base for the company, who have relocated from older premises in Regent Street. The branch will be one of over 250 Edmundson Electrical branches nationwide.
The company joins other tenants including Screw Fix, PTS, Crown Paints and Dulux, who also recently moved to the site.
Will Chadwick of Beva commented: “We are tremendously pleased that the site is attracting high profile trade brands. The remaining units offer a great opportunity to sit alongside these leading brands and to benefit from the established footfall to the site. Further businesses, such as a tile retailer or plant hire company, could offer complimentary products to the other outlets on the park.”
