Fineline launch refurbished showrooms

Date published: 10 July 2010

Fineline showrooms on Featherstall Road, Littleborough had a special open-day today (Saturday 10 July 2010) following an eight week refurbishment.

The deceptive three storey building has undergone a complete revamp in a bid to encourage shoppers to see the range of things the firm has to offer.

Fineline specialise in kitchens, bedrooms and home studies and has a range of modern designs on show. They have been running for 24 years and have had a showroom in Littleborough for six years.

To give an extra twist to the open day live cooking demonstrations were on offer courtesy of NEFF appliances.

The demonstrations proved a hit with potential customers who were able to see how the kitchen equipment works as well as having a tasty bite to eat.

Sales and Marketing Manager Sarah Nicholls said: “We stripped the building bare and started again; the shop looked tired and needed a revamp.

“We also have new staff to accompany the rejig. We want to encourage people to look around even if they aren’t ready to buy yet and we have lots to offer. Everybody is more than welcome to come and see us and the showrooms.”

Lynda Brammall who works as a demonstrator at the shop explained that the open day had been busy and the firm hopes that that will continue.

Designer Greig Adamson added: “We have had an excellent response today. The aim of the refurb is to put the Littleborough store back on the map and after a fantastic 24 years we hope to be here for another 24.”
