Another cold snap by Barton Kendal

Acting on behalf of Harry Yearsley Limited, the UK’s largest Cold Store operators, Barton Kendal Commercial have snapped up another Cold Store in Chesterfield, following on from earlier acquisitions in 2009 of Cold Stores in Newark, Scunthorpe and Bristol.
The latest Cold Store, Holmewood B Chesterfield, is a 300,000 square foot store, built in 2000. The store has been purchased for owner occupation at a price in the region of £6.5 million.
The sellers were represented by King Sturge Nottingham.
