New appointment at Rochdale Development Agency
Date published: 03 November 2005
Peter Hill has joined the Rochdale Development Agency as Director of Development and Deputy Chief Executive. He will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the Kingsway Business Park development, as well as to a number of the RDA’s main physical and economic development programmes including Pennine Land; Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton Town Centres. Peter will also be taking the lead in the area of Inward Investment and Marketing.
This is a very exciting time to be joining the RDA following its recent expansion and due to the number of major transformational projects it is managing.
Peter Hill said: “ I am particularly looking forward to contributing towards the successful development of Kingsway and the Borough’s Town Centres, as well as developing the role of the Agency's subsidiary company Pennine Land.”
Peter was previously Director of Development at New East Manchester URC so brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
