Sedgwick Phelan & Partners, a Middleton based Solicitors, has received recognition as an Investor In People, and has also been awarded with Lexcel.
The Lexcel quality mark is awarded to legal practices which have successfully met stringent practice management standards covering case management, office administration, financial management, risk assessment and good customer care. We have had to have a rigorous independent assessment of our procedures and will continue to have rigorous assessments every year.
Only 340 private practices in the United Kingdom are Lexcel accredited. As we already have the Investors in People award, now the Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation makes it amongst only 5% of law firms in the UK. The firm is one of only 450 law firms out of 9,000 in the UK to hold the two complimentary standards, which play an important part in staff and client retention.
Managing partner, Roger Dennerly, has said: “Receiving the award means a lot to the firm. Everyone has worked hard to ensure that we offer the highest quality legal service possible and this is a testament to that. The Lexcel accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a quality service, the highest standards of client care and management efficiency. We are very proud of the excellence of our legal team and congratulate them on this well deserved aware”.
