General Election 2010
Everybody is fed up with politics and politicians and the time has come to try a different approach to things.
As you may have seen in the Rochdale Observer of Weds 21st April, I intend to let the electorate tell me which way to vote in Parliament by letting them email or write to me, on whatever subjects the vote is about.
There are some items in each of the main parties manifestos that you may agree with. Likewise there are some that you disagree with and you may vote for any of those parties knowing full well that you have to take their promises "as a job lot ".
The basis for which I am standing, if you let me know what you want, then the majority of your opinions to me, wins my vote in Parliament.
As an Independent, I can not promise you anything, but if any constituents have a pressing problem with any government departments, etc I will try my best to resolve your issues.
Vote for John Whitehead in the Parliamentary elections on May 6th.
