Sport Relief's TLF fun day!

Sport Relief Charity Event

Come along, bring your family and meet with your friends to enjoy one of the good, old fashioned "Sports Days" in aid of Sport Relief. The teams will be of 3 to 10 people and all competitors must be at least 16 years of age. There will be egg & spoon races, 3 legged races, wheelbarrow races, sack races, sprint races, obstacle races and many, many more.

There will be a refreshment stall and plenty of free parking. 80% of the profits will go to the Sport Relief Charity.

This event is run by TLF Fitness, in conjunction with the Friends of Springfield Park Ltd group.

Take A58 Bolton Ring Rd ( or M61 jtn 6 /A6027) then A673 thro Horwich to roundabout, then short right to Rivington Barn. Moderate 7ml walk. Leader: Alan Cross 01706 368826 

The Ramblers’ Association aims to encourage walking, protect rights of way, increase access on foot to uncultivated land and defend the beauty of the countryside. Walking boots and suitable clothing are advised for all walks. Leaders may turn away walkers who are not adequately dressed for the conditions. A packed lunch is advised for day walks and snack/drink for half day ones. For more information on a walk, please contact the walks leader.
