Serena Cape won Gold to become U12 Greater Manchester & Cheshire County Judo Champion
Serena Cape won gold to become U12 'Greater Manchester & Cheshire County Judo Champion' this weekend.
Her brother Dylan Cape also performed superbly, winning silver in the boy’s competition to become U8 County runner-up.
Serena adds this latest title to her 'North of England Judo Champion' gold medal won last month.
Both train at Rochdale Judo Club whose team performance saw every junior player winning a medal.
The final tally for the juniors was four gold, four silver and two bronze medals.
Serena has been offered a place in the British Judo Association north west regional squad.
