The re-opening of the newly refurbished Rochdale AFC Club Shop proved a hit as fans turned out to watch manager Keith Hill and chairman Chris Dunphy cut the red ribbon at Spotland on Saturday and snap up Dale’s new replica kit.
A signing session went down well with fans of all ages as Hill, his assistant Chris Beech and midfield duo Stephen Dawson and Matty Lund signed autographs and posed for pictures.
The club also announced that they have signed a three-year kit deal with Italian sportswear brand, Errea.
Dale Chief Executive Colin Garlick, commented: “It was fantastic to see so many fans turn out for the launch of our new kit - those who attended had a great time meeting Keith and the players.
“We are extremely happy in the appointment of Errea as our new kit supplier. Following an extensive selection process over a 12 month period, the Board of Directors awarded the contract to Errea due to their ability to customise a quality playing kit to meet our specific requirements, offer excellent lead times and a range of additional bespoke merchandise.”
