Cummins and O'Connell loans extended
Date published: 31 December 2013
Graham Cummins and Jack O’Connell's loan spells have been extended at Rochdale and the pair will now remain at Spotland until the end of the season.
19-year-old O’Connell, who is on loan from Championship side Blackburn Rovers, has struck up a sound central defensive partnership with Olly Lancashire since joining Dale in the summer and has made 24 appearances during the first half of season.
Cummins, who celebrated his 26th birthday on Sunday with a goal against Bristol Rovers, moved to Spotland from Preston North End in September and has notched up 18 appearances, netting three times.
