Enspec Power have renewed their sponsorship with Rochdale Hornets

Enspec Power have renewed their sponsorship with Rochdale Hornets for a third successive season, and hope to power the club to a successful return to the Championship.

Enspec are again titled as major sponsors, and will feature on the rear of all of the players shirts, as well as all of the replicas.

Rochdale Hornets is a supporters owned cooperative, and relies solely on the goodwill of sponsors and members to fund the club, which has  been in existence since 1871.

Hornets had a fantastic 2013 season, winning the Kingstone Press Championship One Play Off Final, seeing them promoted to the Championship, where they will do battle against the likes of Leigh Centurions, Featherstone, Workington and Sheffield.

Cheif Executive Ryan Bradley commented: "We are back where we belong after a long exile, but the league is going to be tough. It is the league below Super League and there are teams in there that are of Super League standard.

"The support from Enspec will help us to recruit, and I amm sure that we can make the key signings needed to drive the club forward."

The 2014 home Rochdale Hornets replica shirt is available to pre-order from today, with guaranteed delivery pre-Christmas.

This year's shirt is made by local rugby kit making giant Kooga, and follows a similar design to the 1922 and 2013 home shirts.

On the design of the kit, Chairman Mark Wynn said: "We wanted to develop a kit whereby we can be identified at first glance. The red, white, blue, white stripes is unique, and it brought us luck in '22 (when the club won the Challenge Cup) and 2013 so, for the foreseeable, that is the brand we will stick with for the home kit, while having a little play around with the design of the away kit."

The 2014 away kit will be available in the New Year, ahead of the season kick off, priced at £45 each, with juniors sizes available at £35 each. If two shirts are purchased at the same time (either two home, or home and away) you save £5 per shirt.
