Bookings are filling up fast for the co-operative market place on Sunday 2 June, as Hornets mark their historic clash with fellow fans-owned club Hemel Stags.

Fellow co-operatives, FC United, Rochdale Circle and Rochdale Boroughwide Housing will all be present alongside organisations and businesses such as The Treat Box, Phoenix Greeting Cards, The Stroke Association, Ladies Only Limited, Saint Helen's Merchandising and Link4Life.

Terri Davey, Community Manager will also be running multi-sport coaching sessions and a cheerleading taster sessions, ahead of the seven week 'Hornettes' programme that will form the basis of Hotnets own cheerleading squad.

The sessions cost just £2 - places are expected to go fast so book with Terri on 01706 648 004 or email terri.davey@hornetsrugbyleague.com

There will be face paints and inflatables for the children (and adults!), as well as the under 20s curtain raiser- fun for all of the family at just £2 per person, which includes the main game vs Hemel as well.

Members Meeting

The next Hornets members meeting is scheduled for Thursday 6 June.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Members sign in
2. Welcome and general update
3. Half year finance update
4. Playing update
5. Membership update
6. League restructure forum

As there is quite a lot to get through members are asked to request 'Any Other Business' items in advance of the meeting.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 7pm, with members asked to sign in from 6.30pm.

The venue will be confirmed in next week's newsletter.
