Hornets Indoor Bowls League Round Up

Beursil Rugby Road have made a flying start to the Rochdale Hornets Indoor Bowls League, as Joyce Jones, Bernard Ward, Sharon Hallett and Mark Ratcliffe have adjusted well to the pace and length of the mat and notched up 2 impressive victories over the All Stars and Thistelfield respectively.

The Jammy Dodgers, previously from the Bacup League, had an impressive first game as they overcome St Pauls Supremes in a tight 10-8 affair after 12 ends. John Mansley impressive for the Jammy Dodgers as he saved numerous scores with his last woods.

Buersil-Rugby Rd Vs St Pauls Supremes fixture this week is postponed due to holidays on both teams, and will be played in the catch up week (4 December)
