Roch Valley Raiders riders Joe Matthias and Daniel Robertson met 2012 Olympian Liam Phillips at the BMX British Championships held in Cheddar.
The boys travelled down with their families and other riders to represent the club and the North Region, which was the highest ranked region overall.
The boys did well in their competitions and two of RVRs other riders, Craig Robertson and Richard Barratt, made it into the finals in their races, finishing 4th and 6th overall.
927 riders from all over the country took part in the championships.
