Mayfield Mustangs put the brakes on the Jets

Mayfield under 7s faced the Orrell Jets at the Mayfield Sports Centre, Castleton on Sunday and showed the progress they have made in the last few weeks.
Mayfield opened the scoring with a fine try from player of the match Ben Wilkinson, and added tries by Kyle Durrand, Ben Metcalf (2), Bradley Schofield (3) and first ever tries for Issac Reid (pictured) and Henry Crichton-Allen. Top tackler on the day was Vinny Wainwright and he was ably supported by Jamie Howe, Sonny Joyce, Harvey Hall and Morgan Pearson.
Mayfield eargerly await their Jubilee day celebration game against Folly Lane on Bank Holiday Tuesday 5 June in the Mayfield Jubilee Fun Day.
