Kids for a Quid!

This Sunday (29 April) we are running our “Kids for a Quid!” initiative, where we will be charging under 16s an entry fee of just £ 1 if accompanied by a full paying adult! Please come down and support the lads as we aim for promotion this season, we hope to see lots of young faces in the crowd!

Quiz Night

Wednesday 16 May sees the return of the popular Hornets’ fundraising Quiz Night! Once again organised by Wendy Hamer and hosted at the Tanners Arms, the quiz kicks off at 8:30pm, teams are asked to arrive by 8:00pm. Entry costs are £2 per person, with a maximum of 4 people per team, and donations of raffle prizes would be most welcome. Hornets would like to thank Wendy, Norman Halsall, and all the other staff and volunteers who help make the quiz happen. We hope as many of you can make it down as possible, you never know, you might win!

Membership Renewals

Thank you to all members who have renewed their membership for the current year, and to all the new faces who have joined the scheme. We would like to politely remind those of you who are yet to return your membership form for 2012 to please do, even if you are paying by a continuing standing order. By returning your form, it ensures that all the details we have for you on file are correct, and it means we can send out your special offer vouchers, dependent on your level of membership. Please note that special offer vouchers will NOT be issued until we have received your form, regardless of your method of payment, so please return your form so you don’t miss out on the rewards you are entitled to.
