Kids for a Quid!
‘Kids for a quid’ why not bring young family members to support Hornets this weekend when they take on Doncaster; all full paying adult and concession admissions and adult and concessions season ticket holders can bring a child under the age of 16 for £1. (One child per season ticket holder or full paying admission). So come on down and support Hornets as they continue their push for promotion this season.

Hornets v Doncaster
Due to the rearranged fixture Hornets will face Doncaster twice in 7 days!! Here on Sunday 29/4/12 (3pm K.O) and then at the Keep Moat Stadium 6/5/12. So why not join us here at Spotland and then cheer them on when they move over the Pennines to take on Doncaster.
Holy Family Primary School - Literacy with Hornets

Hornets have recently partnered with year 5 and year 6 pupils at Holy Family Primary School and are assisting with their literacy. Just before the Easter break staff from Hornets worked with the two classes to develop their literacy skills. Now that they have all returned from their Easter break we will be working the two classes on a reading competition. Discussions are now taking place with the school to look at other others ways Hornets can support not only literacy but numeracy as well.

Membership Draw
Congratulations to Mr Woolfenden on winning the complimentary members box for the up and coming game against Doncaster on the 29/4/12. The monthly members draw will take place after the game in the main bar after the game on the 29/4/12 with the opportunity to win at £20 Marks and Spencer’s voucher.

Volunteers
If you want to assist with the operations on matchdays then come on down the ground and join us. We are always looking for willing volunteers to help out with hospitality, the raffle and sale of golden gamble tickets.
