3 year kit deal with JD Sports

Date published: 17 April 2012

Rochdale Football Club has announced a 3 year kit deal  with JD Sports. The new home and away shirts will be launched before the club's final home game of the season on 28 April.

The kits are bespoke, so will be a design exclusive to Rochdale.

Groundsman Phil Collinson has been nominated for the League One pitch of the season, and he's received a commendation for his work due to the playing surface having been in top condition all season.

Dale goalkeeper Matt Edwards has been named in the Scotland U21 squad for the game agaist Italy.

The club is inviting supporters to the end of season awards - free of charge.

Rumours of a training ground bust up between Gary Jones and the management team last week have been played down by the club. Manager Coleman says Jones wasn't selected for the game against Exeter simply due to picking what he felt was the best side to get a result.
