Tigers come to Town!

This weekend, Spotland Stadium will host the Fourth Round Carnegie Challenge Cup match between Rochdale Hornets and Castleford Tigers.

For all home supporters, the following prices will be applicable on the day. Please note there are no advance ticket sales and all fans must pay through the turnstiles on the day, we will not be allowing entry through the main reception due to the pre-match carvery being held in the Howarth’s Lounge.

Adults £12.00
Concessions £8.00
Children £5.00

Limited car parking spaces are available at the stadium, at a cost of £3.00 per car. The car park is very popular so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Street parking is also available.

Studds bar in the Pearl Street stand will be open pre-match, and all Castleford fans will enjoy the game in the Willbutts Lane stand. Let’s see if we can make more noise than them from our seats in the Main Stand!

Please note that due to the pre-match carvery meal being hosted in Howarth's Lounge this Sunday, the bar will not be available until half time.

Rochdale Hornets v Gateshead Thunder – Help For Heroes Day!

Next Sunday sees the Hornets return to Championship One action against North-East opponents Gateshead Thunder, the events will be for ‘Help the Heroes’.

Before the main event next Sunday we will be hosting a game between the Navy and the Town Team. Swift Travel Ltd is sponsoring the game between the Navy and our local team and they will present the winners with a trophy at half time.

It is hoped that this new partnership between the Hornets and Swift Travel will mean that this fixture between the Forces and the Town Team will become an annual event.

So, come down to Spotland and enjoy two games of rugby league, KO is at 1pm.
