Redshaw leaves Rochdale by mutual consent

Date published: 11 January 2011

Rochdale’s striker Jack Redshaw has left Spotland by mutual consent.

Redshaw, 20, old joined the club in the summer on a one-year contract.

The former Manchester City trainee found first-team football difficult to come by at Spotland, making just one start and three appearances in total.

A statement on the club’s website said: "Both parties agreed a move away could re-ignite Jack's career and he leaves with our best wishes for the future."
