Competition is heating up with Unique still at the top with 11 points and Paradise start on second spot with 9 points and 3 other teams, (Amazing 8, Rochdale Lions and 8 Stars) are battling for 3rd place with 8 points each.

First match of the day was between RYCC and 8 Stars. RYCC won the toss and invited 8 Stars to bat first. 8 Stars made 98 runs in their 8 overs. Good batting from captain Irfan 40 runs (not out) and Bukhair 25 runs. Not a good response from RYCC and lost the match by 11 runs. Only Bilal 17 runs and Siddique 16 runs made any contribution but none of the other batsmen contributed much towards the total. Good bowling display from 8 stars bowlers.

Second match was between Paradise Stars and Bury Panthers. Bury Panthers batted first and made 118 runs. A very good batting from Sajad 34 runs (not out), Hanif 31 runs (not out), and captain Ikraam 22 runs. In response Paradise Stars could only manage to score 98 runs and lost the match by 22 runs. Good bowling from Sajad 3 wickets for 3 runs and Ali 1 wicket for 12 runs.

Next match was between Rochdalians and Speed Stars. Speed stars batted first and scored 109 runs. Good batting from Rauf 34 runs (not out) and Sajid 19 runs (not out). Speed Stars fancied their chance to win this match with their good bowling attack. An excellent response from Rochdalians and won the match by 7 wickets and 10 balls to spare. Good batting display from captain Malik 30 runs (not out), Faisal 17 runs, and Hameed 15 runs (not out). Good win for Rochdalians as this is their 2nd win in the league so far.

Next match was between Rochdale Lions and Max XI. Batting first Rochdale Lions scored 118 runs despite losing first 2 wickets very cheaply. Good batting display from Shahid 17 runs (not out) and Shkeel 27 runs (not out). Good bowling from Zeshan 2 wickets for 12 runs. In response Max XI managed to score 90 runs and lost the match by 28 runs. Apart from Sajid 24 runs (not out) none of the other players reached double figure. Good bowling from Shoaib Shah 2 wickets for 17 runs. Easy win for Rochdale Lions.

Next game was between Lahore Rangers and Amazing 8. Amazing 8 batted first and scored 131 runs. Excellent batting from Kamran 43 runs (not out), Navedd 23 runs (not out) and Honey 19 runs. In response good start from Lahore Rangers Adil 28 runs, Noman 22 runs and Umar 16 runs. But none of the other batsmen contributed many runs and los the match by 24 runs.

Last game of the day was between Unique and 8 Lions. Unique batted first and made 147 runs. Good batting from Mo 34 runs (not out), Iqbal 31 runs (not out) and Zubair 14 runs (not out). It was one sided match, apart from Hafeez 19 runs and Javed 15 runs, none of the 8 Lions batsmen contributed towards the total and lost the match by 65 runs.
