Hornets Update - Good Friday just got better!

Good Friday News
Thanks to the excellent relationship between Hornets and major club sponsor, The Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre Rochdale. Hornets are able to make the Good Friday Clash against local rivals Oldham Roughyeds even more entertaining and value for money.
Hornets in conjunction with the Wheatsheaf Centre promotional team will be giving out balloons, chocolates, goodie bags and a kids colouring competition to fans attending Good Fridays game.

On top of this the Wheatsheaf Centre are running a £500 "shop till you drop" prize draw, with the winning ticket being picked out of the hat at half time during Fridays game.

Dont Forget the special ticket offer for the Good Friday game £25 for 2 adults and 2 kids, if booked in advance.

Also Hornets` pre match "Come Dine With Us" Carvery is once again proving extremely popular with fans and sponsors alike, with over 60 diners already booked in!!
At only £25 per person (£13 for season ticket and Box Holders) or £240 for a table of ten it really does make the game day experience something special.

Wheatsheaf Centre Fashion Show
For your diaries the Wheatsheaf Centre are hosting a Fashion Show on Saturday 17 April, shows at 11.30, 13.00 and 15.30. Hornets players will be modelling Hornets merchandise, Replica kit and Peacocks men’s range!

Events for April
Dont forget to make a note in your diaries for two Fun and Fundraising events for Hornets in April.

First up we have what has become known as "Wendys Quiz Night" at the Tanners Arms, Whitworth Road on Thursday 8 April. It will start at 8.30pm, £2 per team member with a maximum of 4 members per team. These quizzes are always a good laugh and our friends and rivals from Swinton always make the quiz into a local derby!

Next up we have the
Hornets Fun Race Night at the Radcliffe Arms on Friday the 16 of April with an 8pm start. The first team squad and coaching staff are coming along to what is always a fun event.

There will be the usual things you expect from a Race Night plus some "special" tweaks and additions to make it an extra special night! There are still some Sponsorship opportunitys for the races, plus Owner, Trainer and Jockeys places which will be for sale at The Good Friday Fixture.

For both of these events to be successful for the club they need your backing, so please support these events and support the club.
