Beech House came into the fray in the second round of fixtures and lost out in another close fought game, with St Cuthbert’s edging it with the last play of the game with a fine team try that worked the ball from one side of the field to the other.

As the under 13’s competition progressed the tournament was turning into a two horse race to the title between Cardinal Langley and Matthew Moss, both teams showing skill and team work, producing good rugby and some great tries.

Finally it came down to a head to head between Cardinal Langley St Cuthbert’s, Langley winning 12-6 to finish on top of the table and win the competition.

In the under 15’s St Cuthbert’s topped the table after some fine victories despite going down go down 6-4 to well run and organised team from Matthew Moss in their first game.

In a very one sided match St Anne’s outclassed Beech House, winning 36-0.
