Rochdale have signed Chris O'Grady from Oldham on a two-and-a-half year deal.
Rochdale have signed striker Chris O'Grady from Oldham Athletic for an undisclosed fee rumoured to be in the region of £100,000.
The striker, who has enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Dale, has been the subject of a 'will-he won't he' transfer saga over the past month but his future now lies at Spotland after he agreed a two and a half year contract.
O’Grady’s loan spell was due to expire on Saturday night, following Dale’s home game with Port Vale, but he will now play a full part in the remainder of the league leader's promotion push.
The striker has formed a formidable partnership with Chris Dagnall since joining Dale at the end of August and has hit 12 goals in 21 league appearances.
