Evolution gym success

John Hodgson, of Evolution Physical Excellence, Castleton, has competed in the biggest Professional bodybuilding show in the world, the Mr Olympia in Las Vegas (the Mr Olympia is like the super bowl of bodybuilding).

Mr Hodgson's business partner, Paul Booth, has won the UKBFF Midlands middleweight title which qualified him for the UKBFF British Finals (a title Mr Hodgson won twice, which enabled him to turn professional).

Another gym member, David Takpi, won the BNBF British heavyweight title in Edinburgh.

Mr Hodgson said: "We have had some great success and more to the point provided much needed positive news for the Rochdale borough."
