Dale sign French striker

Rochdale have signed French striker Marc Manga until January.

Having performed well in a couple of reserve games, Dale boss Keith Hill has signed the 21-year-old on non-contract terms until the transfer window re-opens after the new year.
Manga had a trial at fellow League Two outfit Hereford in the summer.

Hill told the club's official website: "He is a good football player and very gifted.

"He has some work to do to reach the tempo levels we have set in training but we have seen something in the reserve team games we like.

"Marc will offer us something different because he is a good link player, something we perhaps don't have at the moment."
