Forum for Dale fans this Thursday

Date published: 13 July 2009

Dale Supporters Trust is hosting a Fans Forum this Thursday (16 July), with guests on the top table including Rochdale management duo Keith Hill and Dave Flitcroft.

The Forum will start at 8.00pm (doors open 7.30pm) in the Howarth Timber Lounge at Spotland Stadium.

The event will also mark the official opening of the Bowlee Project, which will see the Trust work with the club and Rochdale Council to improve the training facilities in Middleton.

Trust chairman Ian Bailey and either Keith Hill or Dave Flitcroft will be outlining the importance of the project and talking about the plans for the training ground.

Mr Bailey said: “This is an ideal opportunity to learn how the Club plans to capitalise on the team’s achievements last season and ask questions of club representatives.”

There will also be the traditional Q and A part of the forum, with club directors Andrew Kelly and Graham Rawlinson joining the management duo to field questions from the supporters. The Trust is also hoping that one or two of the summer signings will be on hand to meet the fans.

Entrance to the forum will be free in the hope that as many fans as possible come along to learn more about the Bowlee project.

Non-Trust members will have the chance to join the Trust on the night.
