Official coach travel
Supporters who have booked on the club’s official coach travel to Old Trafford are encouraged to arrive no later than 5.45pm at the Crown Oil Arena, in order to ensure a swift departure at 6pm.
Please note that due to the number of coaches assembling at the Crown Oil Arena, supporters will be unable to park on the club’s car park.
Visiting supporters’ guide
Manchester United have a detailed Visiting Supporters’ Guide to prepare fans for their visit to Old Trafford:
It includes details on how to get to the stadium, matchday information, safety and security, prohibited items, matchday snacks and more.
Parking
Roads around Old Trafford and the surrounding areas, including the local motorway network, are extremely busy on matchdays.
Please plan your route to the stadium in advance and allow more time than usual for your journey.
A strictly enforced resident parking scheme is in place on the streets around Old Trafford, which is made clear through on-street signage. Please do not park in these areas, as you will be fined and your vehicle could be clamped or removed.
Several roads are closed on matchdays so that pedestrians can travel to Old Trafford safely.
Bag policy
Visitors should not take a bag larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8” x 6” x 2”) with them to the match – this equates to a small handbag. All bags will be searched and items larger than the permitted size must be taken to one of the bag drop facilities. Manchester United charge £5 to leave an item with them at a bag drop. All profits go to the Manchester United Foundation.
The away supporters bag drop is located between car parks E1 and E2, which are opposite the away turnstiles. Supporters using the bag drop facility are advised to do so two hours before kick-off.
Safety and security
There will be enhanced security checks in place for the match. Please arrive early and do not bring any large bags or rucksacks, to avoid delays in entering.
A full list of prohibited items can be found on Manchester United’s in the supporters’ guide:
