Cricket: Heywood Cricket Club teams for the weekend

Heywood Cricket Club
Heywood start their Marston’s Greater Manchester League T20 campaign at Crimble on Friday 10 May at 6pm.
They entertain Glodwick Kings X1 in their opening match, the first of six qualifying games in the group.
It means there is competitive cricket at Crimble on each day of the weekend, with the 2nd X1 at home to Denton St Lawrence on Saturday and the 3rd X1 taking on East Lancs Paper Mill on Sunday.
In between, the first team go to Swinton Moorside on Saturday hoping to get their Division 1A campaign back on track.
- Heywood 1st X1 (v Glodwick, home, Friday, T20, 6pm): S Burrill (capt), W Hunt, M Grogan, J Kettleborough, A Dawson, S Dawson, J Morley, S Byrne, M Witts, C Hilton, F Iqbal.
- Heywood 1st X1 (v Swinton Moorside, away, Saturday, 1pm): S Burrill (capt), W Hunt, R Cross, J Kettleborough, M Grogan, J Morley, A Dawson, S Dawson, T Pagett, C Hilton, F Iqbal.
- Heywood 2nd X1 (v Denton St Lawrence, home, Saturday, 1.30pm): S Evans (capt), M Witts, R Smethurst, R Bennett, C Booth, J Kaye, C Kaye, O Thomas, J Mills, S Byrne, L Clarkson. Reserve: W Taylor.
- Heywood 3rd X1 (v East Lancs Paper Mill, home, Sunday, 2pm): R Smethurst (capt), M Hood, R Purser, Z Baig, O Thomas, M Dearden, E Clarkson, H Crompton, T Pagett, C Hilton, A Russell.
