Ethan Hamilton joins Rochdale Football Club from Manchester United
Rochdale Football Club have announced the loan signing of Ethan Hamilton from Manchester United.
The 20-year-old has joined on loan until the end of the season.
The versatile midfielder, who can also play in defence, has been with Manchester United since the age of 16, having joined from Hutchison Vale, a local boys club based in Edinburgh.
He has captained United’s Under 18s and has been a regular in their Under 23s team that plays in Premier League 2, appearing in all 14 of their matches so far this season.
Ethan said: “I’m delighted to come here.
“To play proper men’s football is going to be great. It’s something I need in my development and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to come here.
“I’m a type of player that will give everything. I’ve got quite a lot of energy, I like to go box-to-box and get involved. I’ll try and perform to the best of my ability.”
Ethan will wear number 27 whilst he is at the club.
