Cricket: Morley selected for England Young Lions U19s squad
Date published: 10 January 2019
Jack Morley
Heywood Cricket Club’s Jack Morley has been named as one of the players in the England Young Lions U19s squad of 15 for the upcoming tour of Bangladesh.
The call-up follows Morley’s selection for the Young Lions training camp in India, one of two Lancashire players to train under the guidance of former England seam bowler, Jon Lewis.
The selection is another positive for Jack, who represented Lancashire at Under 17, Under 19 and Second XI level.
The youngster’s exploits for Heywood, as a left-arm spinner and left-hand batsman, have made him one of the most exciting graduates from the club’s youth system.
