Judo: Maddie Merchant and Isobel Kitchen win bronze

Rochdale Judo Club members Maddie Merchant and Isobel Kitchen came away with bronze medals from The West of England Age Band Open Judo Competition at Western-Super-Mare on Sunday (23 July).
A spokesperson for the club said: “Both fought hard meeting the British number one in each weight category; a very hard day for both competitors.
“Well done Maddie and Isobel from all at Rochdale Judo Club.
“Good result and well done to Andy Merchant for all his coaching with these girls.”
