Christmas at Falinge Park

Falinge Christmas dinner
Students from across Falinge Park High School brought the autumn term to a fantastic close yesterday with the shared experience of Christmas dinner.
Every child received a free meal of a traditional festive dinner or vegetarian alternative and a lovely dessert and they clearly enjoyed Christmas crackers with jokes and novelties.
It was lovely to spend time talking about holiday plans and school life and students were served by teaching staff throughout. We hope all our students enjoy a well-deserved break and return refreshed and ready to continue with their studies in the New Year.
‘Falinge Has Got Talent’ Show
‘Falinge Has Got Talent’ took place on Wednesday, 16 December to Year 11 and Year 10 audiences and featured a range of performers from across the years.
A panel of six staff and student judges watched acts of dance and music and offered constructive comments.
The atmosphere to the event was lovely and the crowd very supportive.
Well done to all the performers for their hard work and determination as they rehearsed over the past few weeks and well done to Saida Hadriz for organising the show.
Money raised from the event will be given to charity.
Each of the performers received a great certificate as they embraced real challenge. We hope that each of the performers will continue to develop their talents further.
