Busiest and quietest rail stations revealed

The borough's busiest and quietest railway stations have been revealed in figures from the rail regulator.
Its data showed Rochdale was the busiest station, with just under 1.1 million entries and exits in the last year.
The quietest station in the borough, Smithy Bridge, had 144,206 entries and exits across the whole of last year.

The 'top of the stops' report released by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) recorded the estimated number of 'entries and exits' - based on the total number of people travelling from or to the station.
The quietest station in Greater Manchester is Reddish South, which had just 54 entries and exits in the last year.
Manchester Piccadilly was the busiest station in Greater Manchester with over 12.3 million entries and exits in the last year.
The quietest station in the country is Shippea Hill in Cambridgeshire, which had just 22 entries and exits across the whole of last year.
London Waterloo was the busiest station in the country, with more than 99.2 million entries and exits in the last year.
The total number of estimated entries and exits at Britain's stations in 2014-15 reached nearly 2.8 billion, an increase of more than 119 million, or 4.5%.
