Falinge Park Primary Headteachers’ Luncheon

Ms Fitton, Miss Bodenham, Mr Facchinello and the Falinge Park High School Chef Mr Iannelli worked together with students to create a fantastic spread to welcome Primary Headteachers from our local community this week (10 December).

The staff and students collaboratively created a spread of mixed Indian dishes, salads, homemade breads and desserts.

The event gave students an insight to working in industry conditions, helping to plan, prepare and create a buffet spread for a large number of guests.

They learnt how to work to a deadline and how to budget the creation of a quality product.

This is the first time students and technology staff have been asked to participate in an activitylike this and it proved hugely enjoyable.

We can’t wait to do it again.
