Belfield Community School send Christmas cards to Cumbria

Date published: 14 December 2015

Year Three and Four at Belfield Community School have been using the Man on the Moon advert in English lessons.

As part of this work we have been learning that it is good to do something nice for people who we don’t know especially at Christmas.

This term we have studied extreme weather and we were shocked at how the recent floods affected your the people of Cumbria.

The children have decided to send their Christmas cards to members of the community of Cumbria to show them we are thinking of them at this difficult time.

Packs of Christmas cards have been sent to several community centres in the area.
