Congratulations to Hollingworth Academy Rowing Teams

Congratulations to the Rowing Teams who did fantastically well in the Indoor Rochdale Championships:

• Year 7 Girls – 1st Place: Tyla Rollins, Farah Jahangir, Milia Tooth and Rachel Bracewell.

Year 7 Boys – 1st Place: Finlay Whitworth, Sam Omojowolo, Kristian McVeigh and Harry Williamson.

• Year 8 Girls – 1st Place: Sarah Catherall, Ellie Thompson, Katie Goy and Poppy Platts.

Year 8 Boys – 1st Place: Charlie Holmes, James McMahon, Matthew Hurst and Solomon Robinson.

• Year 9 Girls – 1st Place: Hannah Barlow, Aleisha McLean, Tanya Harrison and Charlie Ogden.

Year 9 Boys – 1st Place Harry Proctor, Louis Tweedale, Kian Dunn and Joseph Vaughan.

• Year 10 Girls – 1st Place: Sally Tisdall, Grace Lewis, Emily Pountain and Rebekah Crossley.

Year 10 Boys – 1st Place: Tom Mayoh, Nathan Sykes, Suhail Hussain and James Briggs.

• Year 11 Girls – 1st Place: Elise Greenhalgh, Ellie Beale, Chloe Wainwright and Sophie Chesworth.

Year 11 Boys – 1st Place: Callum Taylor, Callum Glasgow, Brandon Baxter and Curtis Davison. Well done.

Ski Trip 2016: There is one place remaining on February's ski trip. If you are interested, please see Mr Mannion as soon as possible.
