Kingsway Park High School GCSE Drama students watching ‘A Christmas Carol’
Kingsway Park High School GCSE Drama students were treated to a performance of the seasonal Dickens classic ‘A Christmas Carol’ recently.
With a stunning cinematic soundscape and imaginative and mysterious set, the performers and their breath-taking masks transported them chapter by chapter on a journey through one of the greatest ghost stories ever told.
‘A Christmas Carol’ has been studied as a performance text by both year 10 and year 9 GCSE Drama students and will give the current year 8 students a flavour of what is studied at KS4.
The Tiny Giants Theatre Company brought the classic tale to life and gave some students their first experience of live theatre.
A brilliant enjoyable afternoon was had by all.
