Monday 9 November

Nicola Clancy (22/11/1983), from Middleton, was arrested on warrant by Rochdale officers and has since been charged with failing to appear at a court. She was conveyed to Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.

Two Rochdale men were arrested on suspicion of committing burglary.

A Rochdale man was arrested on suspicion of committing three separate counts of assault.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of committing an assault.

A woman from Rochdale was arrested on suspicion of theft and assault.

Tuesday 10 November

Stephen Kenny (23/05/1973), from Rochdale, has been charged with theft from a shop and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 5 December.

Waqar Mohammed (25/10/1985), from Rochdale, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit. He has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 15 December.

Samuel Harrison (02/10/1996), from Rochdale, has been charged with burglary (other than a dwelling) with intent to steal and theft from a motor vehicle. He has been bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 15 December.

A female was arrested on suspicion of burglary to a dwelling.

A male was arrested for burglary to a dwelling and assault.

Craig Parkinson (12/04/1985), from Rochdale, has been arrested for breaching a court order and has since been charged and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Michael Andrews (12/09/1989), from Rochdale, arrested on Monday 9 November, has since been charged with three counts of assault and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Wednesday 11 November

A man was arrested for breaching his bail conditions.

Paul Sherratt (12/04/1985), from Rochdale, has been charged with drink driving and has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 29 December.

A woman arrested for burglary offences on Tuesday (10 November) has been bailed to re-appear at Bury Custody Office on 15 December pending further enquiries.

A male arrested on Tuesday (10 November) on suspicion of burglary and assault has been bailed to re-appear at Bury Custody Office on 15 December pending further enquiries.

A male was arrested on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs with intent to supply.

Thursday 12 November

A male suspect has been arrested for assault.

A 15-year-old boy, from Rochdale, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, driving a motor vehicle without a driving licence and insurance. He has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Youth Court on 26 November.

A 16-year-old boy from Rochdale has been charged with criminal damage and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Youth Court.

Haider Ali (15/01/1995), from Rochdale, has been charged with two counts of possessing class A drugs and has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 29 December.

Lee Benson (20/12/1986), from Rochdale, has been charged with breach of bail and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Alan McBride (02/12/1963), from Manchester, was arrested in Rochdale on Tuesday 10 November for a public order offence. He has since been charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his/her duty. He was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Members of the public are advised to be extra careful and are advised not to leave valuables unattended. There were two mobile phones stolen from the computer working stations in the Library at Number One Riverside on Thursday (12 November) afternoon.

Friday 13 November

A male has been arrested for an immigration offence.

Four males have been arrested on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs with intent to supply.

Aurrfan Sagir (30/11/1978) arrested on Thursday (12 November) evening for breach of the peace has since been charged and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

A 13-year-old boy, local to Middleton, has been charged with two counts of assault and has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Youth Court on 26 November.

A male has been arrested on warrant for breaching his bail conditions.
