Last years Autumn Fair at St Andrew's, Dearnley
St Andrew’s, Dearnley will put on one of their biggest social events of the year on Saturday, 14 November with their annual Autumn Fair, the proceeds from which invariably give their annual budget a very welcome and essential tonic.
Volunteer help is needed please as well as tombola prizes and also prizes for the tombola stall.
The fair will be officially opened at 11am by the ever-popular St Andrew’s Primary School choir and will last for about two hours, during which time refreshments will be available in the parish room.
Please note that our parish trip to Durham, taking in the Cathedral, carol singing and the Christmas markets, will now take place on December 5 and NOT on November 28 as advertised previously.
Time for booking is running out fast because we need to throw it open to other local parishes if it looks as though the coach isn’t going to be full.
This coming Sunday, 15 November there is a Sung Eucharist at 9.30am followed at 11.30am by Holy Baptism.
9.30am to 12.30pm, 21 November, Advent Quiet Morning.
5 December, Parish trip to Durham (information and booking list in parish room).
