Date published: 10 November 2015

Police have launched an appeal for information after thieves targeted a warehouse in a ram-raid in Middleton.

Between 9.50pm on Friday 25 September 2015 and 10.15pm on Saturday 26 September 2015 thieves rammed the shutters of the warehouse using a stolen Peugeot with registration Af09 RXT.

They managed to get inside, where they stole a large quantity of electrical items including iPods and iPhones.

They returned three times during the night and stole more stock with a total worth of about £250,000.

The car was stolen earlier on the Friday September from Westhoughton in Bolton.

Detective Constable Claire Bracey of Rochdale division said: “Thieves targeted the warehouse and brazenly returned throughout the night to steal as much as they could.

“We have now releasing images of the people they want to speak to in connection with this incident and I would urge you to contact police if you recognise them.”

Anyone with information should call police on 0161 856 8707, 101, or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
