A circus skills and magic workshop was held at Hebron Hall in Rochdale on Saturday (31 October).
The workshop was run by Caudwell Children, a group that provides family support services, equipment, treatment and therapies for disabled children and their families across the UK.
Caroline Evans, from Caudwell Children, said: “It is about creating a fun day out for children and their families so they can come along and have some fun and learn some new skills.”
The group is holding workshops in Rochdale until February 2016 and have workshops planned in Rochdale, Middleton and Milnrow.
Caroline added: “Each workshop is different because it is about finding an activity that a child with any ability, from the age of 8-18, can get involved with.”
Caudwell Children is motivated to improve the lives of the estimated 770,000 disabled children living in the UK.
“We have had a great response today and everyone has had a good time,” said Caroline.
The next workshop will take place on 28 November at Demesne Community Centre in Middleton.
