Daniel Howley charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child

Daniel Howley (17/08/1990), of Top O’th Close, Todmorden, has been charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child in Rochdale.
On 15 October 2015, officers from the Sunrise Team in Rochdale received a report a young girl had sex with a man in 2011.
Howley appeared before Bury and Rochdale Magistrates on 22 October 2015 and was bailed to appear at Minshull Street Court on 12 November 2015.
