Three charged with sexual assault and child abduction

Irfan Mohammed Fiaz, Saniyah Fiaz and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with sexual assault and child abduction offences.
Irfan Mohammed Fiaz (03/07/1995) was charged with three counts of sexual activity with a child and three counts of child abduction.
Saniyah Fiaz (23/07/1997) and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with child abduction and facilitating in the commission of a child sex offence.
All are from the Rochdale area and appeared before Bolton Magistrates on Thursday 15 October 2015. All three have been remanded.
On 13 October 2015, a 14-year-old girl was reporting missing from her home address in Rochdale
Following police enquiries, the girl was found at an address in Rochdale on 14 October 2015.
