CREST Teacher Recognition Award
The Education Team at the British Science Association presented Mrs Grange from Beech House School with a 2015 CREST teacher recognition award for her dedication and hard work supporting CREST Awards over the last year was.
This is an acknowledgement of her dedication, commitment and encouragement of student engagement. It is one of only 300 awards presented to teachers from across the UK.
Football
Beech House u13 took another big step forward in their footballing careers, with a deserved point from an away trip to local rivals Matthew Moss. The final score was 3 : 3, with a hat-trick from Luke Ashworth.
Swimming
The u13 girls swimming team competed in the ESSA North West Finals at Broughton baths. They swam against some of the Country’s top swimmers.
Tilly Burgess, Rebecca Burnett, , Mia Greenwood and Issabella Zebbadee – Howard were placed 28th in the Freestyle relay and 23rd in the medley relay.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Staff had a wonderful lunch on Friday with a Macmillan coffee morning, raising over £60.00 in the process.
House Points
