Easy 123 - encouraging families to cook healthy food
Whitworth Children’s Centre is currently encouraging families to cook simple and healthy food.
The centre is running a course called Easy 123 which uses simple and healthy recipes to encourage families to cook homemade and nutritious meals.
The course is run in conjunction with Change 4 Life and has seen a number of families try foods that they wouldn’t necessarily have eaten before.
A spokesperson for Whitworth Children’s Centre said: “All of the families have tried foods that they haven't eaten before or said they didn't like, and have found that they have enjoyed them.”
