Police called after man spotted on wrong side of balcony at town flats

A man was spotted on the on the wrong side of the balcony of the high rise flats on College Bank Way, Rochdale this afternoon (Friday 18 September).
Police were called at 1:04pm and it is understood that the ambulance service also attended.
The man eventually made his own way back into his flat at around 1:30pm.
