Search on for owner of lost brass

Brass found at the cenotaph
The owner of a lost piece of brass, which is believed to belong to a Freemason, is currently been searched for.
The brass was found at Rochdale Cenotaph on Sunday 9 August.
When it was found, the item had orange and white shoe laces tied around it.
