Families enjoy an afternoon’s entertainment in Queens Park

The Ambassadors performed on the Shelia Hill open air theatre in Queens Park entertaining the audience with many well-known songs, including impersonations of Elvis and the Blues Brothers.
The Friends of Queens Park organised the event, at which children were treated to free bouncy castle, slide, roundabout, arts activities and face painting.
Heywood Township sponsored the event, which was organised by the Friends of Queens Park event organiser, Lol Richards.
