Monday 10 August

David Stothers (18/02/1973) from Rochdale has been recalled to prison due to him revoking the terms of his licence upon release.

Jayson Forrest (09/12/1968) from Rochdale has been charged with robbery and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on Monday.

Ross McIntyre (24/03/1975) has been charged with grievous bodily harm, attempted robbery, threatening a person with a sharp implement and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Sean Greaves (07/11/1978) was arrested in Rochdale and has since been charged with breaching his bail conditions. He has been released with conditions to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on 25 August.

Curtis Southern (23/01/1984) from Rochdale has been charged with drink driving and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 25 September.
Paul Platt (01/09/1978) from Middleton answered his bail on Monday and has since been charged with theft by employee and bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on 18 August.

Charlene Thomas (19/03/1987) from Castleton, Rochdale, answered her bail on Monday (10 August) and has since been charged with assault and theft and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 2 October.

Joanne Wrens (01/05/1969) from Middleton, has been charged with drink driving and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 25 September.

Tuesday 11 August

Anthony Lyons (06/06/1980) from Rochdale has been charged with assault and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

David Cachia (21/12/1956) from Rochdale has been charged with threats to kill and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Sarah Martingdale (24/12/1968) from Rochdale has been charged with breaching her bail conditions and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

A 17-year-old male from Rochdale has been charged with possessing a controlled drug, carried in a vehicle taken without consent and breaching his bail conditions. The male was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Youth Court.

A 24-year-old male has been arrested for assault and threats to kill.

A 44-year-old man from Rochdale has been arrested for rape.

Wednesday 12 August

Steven Phipps (11/01/1993) from Rochdale, who was arrested on Monday evening, has since been charged with assault and criminal damage. Phipps is bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 2 October.

A 24-year-old man arrested on Tuesday 11 August for robbery has since been bailed with conditions to re-appear at Bury Custody Office on 11 September, pending further enquires.

A man has been arrested for threats to kill and unlawful imprisonment.

A 35-year-old male arrested on Tuesday 11 August in connection with harassment has been bailed with conditions to re-appear at Bury Custody Office on 10 September pending further enquires.

Thursday 13 August

A 31-year-old woman has been arrested for assault.

A 32-year-old woman from Rochdale has been arrested for assault.

A 24-year-old male from Rochdale has been arrested for being in possession of Class A drugs.

A 21-year-old male from Rochdale has been arrested for serious assault and public order offence.

A 34-year-old Rochdale woman has been arrested for money laundering.

A 16-year-old boy local to Middleton has been charged with driving a motor vehicle without a driving licence and driving a motor vehicle without insurance and has been bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Youth Court on 27 August.

Nigel Kelshaw (18/10/1985) from Rochdale has been charged with drink driving and assault. He is bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 17 September.

Andrew Mercer (13/04/1983) from Rochdale has been charged with breaching a Restraining Order. He is bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 2 October.

Arshad Mahmood (02/08/1983) answered his bail on Wednesday 12 August and has since been charged with conspiracy to conceal/hide criminal property. He is bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 2 October.

Michael Smithies (13/03/1991) local to Middleton has been charged with drink driving and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 2 October.

Friday 14 August

Two males from Rochdale, aged 18 and 20, have been arrested for assault.

A 37-year-old male from Crumpsall has been arrested in Middleton for drink driving.

Paul McNamara (16/02/1970) from Rochdale has been charged with breach of bail and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Joseph McDonnell (21/07/1994) from Rochdale has been charged with a bind over (prevent continuance) and was conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Donna Merriman (10/01/1977) from Rochdale, arrested on Thursday (13 August) evening, has since been charged with drunk and disorderly and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.
